3. Product Information & Condition
- All items sold on Kadum.pk are pre-owned, unless clearly stated otherwise.
- Each product includes images, descriptions, and a condition grade (e.g., Premium, Excellent, Good).
- Minor signs of wear are normal for pre-loved items and do not constitute defects.
- Actual product color may slightly vary due to screen or lighting differences.
4. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
- Prices may change without prior notice.
- Orders are processed only after confirmation on call.
- Kadum.pk reserves the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, technical issues, or stock unavailability.
5. Orders & Availability
- Products are subject to availability and are generally single-piece items.
- Once sold, an item may not be restocked.
- Kadum.pk may cancel or limit orders that appear suspicious or violate these terms.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- We currently deliver within Pakistan only.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations or unforeseen circumstances.
- Kadum.pk is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
7. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of pre-loved footwear:
- Returns or exchanges are accepted only if an incorrect product is delivered or a major undisclosed defect is found.
- Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Returned items must remain unused after delivery and in original condition.
8. Hygiene Disclaimer
- Make Sure Clean all footwear before Use.
- Customers are advised to try shoes with socks and avoid prolonged use before final acceptance.
- Kadum.pk is not responsible for hygiene-related reactions or discomfort after use.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of Kadum.pk. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
10. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the website, provide false information, or engage in any activity that may harm Kadum.pk or other users.
11. Limitation of Liability
Kadum.pk shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Any liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the purchased product.
