Where do you deliver to?
Kadum delivers all over Pakistan, including Punjab, Sindh, KPK, Baluchistan, Kashmir, and Baltistan.
How do I track my order?
All the orders are trackable. We will provide you with the tracking number on your email and WhatsApp.
My order hasn't arrived!
In case the order is not delivered, contact us at team(at)kadum.pk or contact us on our WhatsApp number.
Refunds
Can I get a refund?
Due to the nature of pre-loved footwear:
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if an incorrect product is delivered or a major undisclosed defect is found.
Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Returned items must remain unused after delivery and in original condition.
What if my item is damaged?
Please shoot a video while opening the parcel and send us to claim any damages.
Are refunds free?
No, the customer will be responsible for returning the shoes including shipping cost. He can select any courier available.
Data
Where is my data kept?
Your personal data is stored securely exclusively on Alwyzon servers hosted in secure, PTA-approved data centers within Pakistan to ensure data locality and compliance with the draft Personal Data Protection Bill 2023. We do not transfer data outside Pakistan without ensuring equivalent protection levels as per the draft PDP Bill requirements.
What personal data is saved?
We collect and save only the personal data necessary for processing your orders, handling payments, and providing customer support on our Alwyzon servers. This includes your full name, email address, and phone number, which are captured during account registration or checkout for order confirmations and support communications. We also store your shipping and billing addresses solely for delivery and invoicing purposes.
For payments via debit cards, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa, we save tokenized references or transaction IDs (never full card details), while Cash on Delivery (COD) data is limited to verification at delivery. Additionally, your order history and preferences like shoe sizes are retained to personalize future recommendations and facilitate returns.
What are the security protocols?
Kadum implements robust security protocols to protect data stored on Alwyzon servers, starting with full encryption where all data in transit uses HTTPS/TLS 1.3 standards and data at rest employs AES-256 encryption. Access is strictly controlled through role-based permissions for staff members and mandatory two-factor authentication (2FA) for all logins to prevent unauthorized entry.
Payment processing follows PCI-DSS compliance for debit cards via secure gateways, with protected APIs for JazzCash and EasyPaisa integrations, while Cash on Delivery (COD) includes delivery-time verification to minimize risks. In the event of any security incident, we commit to reporting it to the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) within 72 hours and immediately notifying affected customers as required under PECA 2016. Additionally, we conduct quarterly vulnerability scans and penetration testing specifically on the Alwyzon infrastructure to identify and address potential threats proactively.
